For decades the Jefferson 500 has been not only one of the marquee events at Summit Point but one of the "must see" events in motorsports. Exciting vintage racing has always been at the heart of this weekend but the 'festival' type atmosphere that surrounded the on track action has been just as important. Fingers are crossed for next year. Best we can do is keep the cars running and posting pictures of socially responsible drives.

Bummer. Entry list was looking excellent with a month to go

The Covid restrictions probably would be more flexible by now if this country wasn't so heavily populated by self-absorbed, self-rightous and totally inconsiderate imbeciles who have no interest in anything that inconveniences them or serves others ahead of the individual. I do hope they know the meaning of "bad karma".

Curious, I saw this last night, yet this morning the RCFFS and FRP are confirming their event will run at Summit In a couple of weeks?

Why was the J500 cancelled yet the FRP event is not? Is it because we have a dinner and guest speaker?
