Hi Folks,

This year's Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Historic Races at PittRace (formerly Beaverun) are shaping up very nicely.
We have over 120 cars registered so far and could use many more.

New for this year is:
Friday Night Paddock Crawl - BYOB & Food and have fun with your fellow group racers ("rub elbows, not metal")
Royale Racing Formula Ford Race Series - 2nd event out of 3 in the points series
Victory Lane Formula Vee Festival Race - gifts and awards for all FV entrants provided by Victory Lane magazine

As before we will also have:
Silent Auction
Best Beer provided - free Iron City beer at driver's reception & Sat dinner
Candy's Rides at lunch on Sat & Sun
Friday Night Flashlight Drags
Tons of Track time - optional Test & Tune on Friday (choice of sessions or all day)

The facility has really improved since the new owners have taken over a few years ago.
There are new garages with rest rooms in the lower paddock and tons of new asphalt paddock area.
Plus the new owners are racing their Dodge Vipers with us in a new race group - GT Supercars.

Come out and see the new paddock area and get ready for 2015 with the 3 mile long track!!

PittRace Silent Auction

If you are coming to PittRace please bring an auction item for our silent auction. Each year we raise a couple of thousand dollars for the PVGP charities. Just about any item will work. Parts that you no longer need or use, that item you have been planning on putting on eBay but never get around to posting. Now you can get rid of it and benefit charity at the same time. Check your garage, check your attic. It doesn't have to be an automotive related item. If possible let Darry ( know in advance what you are bringing and it's approximate value and she will print up an auction sheet for it. Let's make this our most successful auction ever!!
